MATTHEW HADNETT DRE: 01319592 Matthew has been helping people make informed financial decisions for over 15 years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of California at Santa Barbara with honors. He then worked his way up the ranks at both Norwest Financial and Wells Fargo Financial to become one of the highest-performing District Managers in the United States. Matt has been President and Owner of South Bay Equity Lending for 4 years, and holds a California Broker license and Notary license. Matt and his expert staff focus on consistently providing quality mortgage products and top-level customer service to every one of their clients. 
CHRIS TURKMANY DRE: 01821441 After graduating from Loyola Marymount in 1987, Chris Turkmany began a career in education at the secondary level as a teacher, coach, and administrator before "graduating" to the world of alumni and development work. Among his varied experiences are thirteen years in events, eight years in alumni relations, and six years in annual giving at Chaminade College Preparatory in Chatsworth and his two alma maters Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks and Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. In August 2003, the native of Los Angeles came to work at South Bay Equity Lending for his close longtime friend Matt Hadnett. Chris comments, "This is a natural fit for me because alumni relations and fundraising, as well as the loan business are all about pleasing people. The idea of providing outstanding customer service is one that I relish." Chris and his wife, Elizabeth, have two children and live in Westchester. 
MARY MINCHELLA NMLS: 338955 Mary is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Communications Television and Film Department with a Business Minor and an emphasis in Marketing. She has worked in a creative and administrative capacity in her own Real Estate/Construction Development company for over 11 years, managing an office, 11 employees, handling public relations, advertising and marketing. She also has a background in cinematography and film production. Her passion spurred an opportunity to partner with another filmmaker to produce and shoot two independent documentary films between 2005 and 2007, one of which won an award for "Best Feature Documentary" at a Los Angeles film festival. Mary joined South Bay Equity Lending in 2006. Mary worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry previous to 2006, and brings that experience to the mortgage loan business now, with an emphasis on client service. 
JANET SANTELLANO DRE: 01416235 Janet Santellano began her consumer lending career as a Credit Manager with Wells Fargo Financial in 2001. She also was a personal banker and a business specialist in one of the bank's local branches. Janet then joined Nationwide mortgage lending where she learned the ins & outs of mortgage underwriting, processing and funding. Janet rejoined Mortgage 2000 as a loan officer in 2010, after having been a member of Matt's Mortgage 2000 team in 2003. Janet has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from CSULA. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys utilizing her skills to help others. "It's extremely rewarding for me to help my clients achieve dreams they sometimes thought were impossible. I enjoy contributing in this way and treat all my clients as if they are my own family members." 
TONY BEJARANO Tony is a native of Los Angeles with 6 years in the Marine Corp. After leaving the military, he worked at Wells Fargo Bank for over 20 years. At Wells, he started out as a Credit Manager and moved up in the organization to the title of Branch Manager. He has been South Bay Equity's Loan Processor for over 10 years. 
BERTA CONGER NMLS: 334626 Berta is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Educational Psychology. Berta started her financial management career at Union Bank of California here in Los Angeles. After working in the Treasury departments of two major banks, she was appointed Treasurer of World Savings Bank. Along the way, she also worked as the Director of Marketing for Fannie Mae. She is the newest addition to the South Bay Equity Team, partnering with Matt to provide the highest level customer service to our clients. 
BOB McMANUS Bob McManus has more than 20 years of experience and leadership in real estate and mortgage financing. He has taught thousands of real estate agents how to become profitable in any market, how to meet their financial goals and above all, do it with balance and integrity. Bob also trains investors with little or no experience in the real estate market. His systematic approach is extremely simple and easy to follow. He has taught thousands of people who are ready to take control of their financial freedom both privately and publicly. Bob is an expert of the default market. Through research, Bob discovered there was not one single publication or resource that fully explained the foreclosure, short sale or REO process. Realizing there was a niche to be filled, Bob started the Bob McManus Group. He has been a speaker for various real estate conferences and expos in California over the last few years. He has been featured at Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad Real Estate Investor's Workshop, on the Neil Cavuto Show on Fox, on KABC talk radio as well as other radio programs across the United States. NANCY SOLORZANO NMLS: 326914 Nancy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California. She began her career in real estate services in 1990 at Great Western Bank servicing loans in bankruptcy and foreclosure. She moved on to Norwest Financial and Wells Fargo Financial where she was a Branch Manager. She has experience in servicing, originating, negotiating, and underwriting loans. She joined the team at Mortgage 2000/South Bay Equity lending in 2002. She currently holds a license in Real Estate and Notary Services. She also speaks Spanish fluently. LIDIA ONTIVEROS Lidia joined Mortgage 2000/South Bay Equity Lending in 2006. She possesses a strong background in servicing and processing real estate transactions and has over 20 years experience working in both the real estate and consumer lending markets. She has a Notary license and is fluent in Spanish. | |
